<p>Avrupa, ABD ve TÃ¼rkiyeâ€™den Ã¶nemli mimarlÄ±k Ã¼rÃ¼nlerini tanÄ±tan â€œMimarlÄ±k Platformuâ€ sergisi ile paralel organize edilen etkinlik iÃ§in, dÃ¼n akÅŸam (8 Nisan 2010) dÃ¼zenlenen kokteyl ve yemek ile birlikte start verilmiÅŸti. Bu sabah erken saatlerde YapÄ±-EndÃ¼stri Merkeziâ€™nde yeniden bir araya gelen yerli ve yabancÄ± konuklar iÃ§in resmi aÃ§Ä±lÄ±ÅŸ ise, AIA Avrupa Birimi 2010 BaÅŸkanÄ± Charles Croigny, Mimarlar OdasÄ± Genel BaÅŸkanÄ± BÃ¼lend Tuna, YapÄ± EndÃ¼stri Merkezi BaÅŸkanÄ± DoÄŸan Hasol ve AIACE Ä°stanbul 2010 KonferansÄ± BaÅŸkanÄ± Murat SoygeniÅŸ â€™in yaptÄ±klarÄ± konuÅŸmalar eÅŸliÄŸinde gerÃ§ekleÅŸti.</p>
<p>AÃ§Ä±lÄ±ÅŸ konuÅŸmalarÄ±ndan ilkini yapan Charles Croigny , toplantÄ±ya katÄ±lmak iÃ§in Pekin, California gibi uzak mesafeler kat ederek gelenlere teÅŸekkÃ¼r ederek, Ä°stanbul ve gÃ¼ncel mimarlÄ±k Ã¼retimleri Ã¼zerine iÅŸlenen ilginÃ§ konferans programÄ±nÄ±n Ã¶tesinde kent iÃ§i gezilerinde de kendileri Ã§ok enteresan anlarÄ±n beklediÄŸini dile getirdi.</p>
<p>Mimarlar OdasÄ± adÄ±na konuklara â€œHoÅŸ geldinizâ€ diyen BÃ¼lend Tuna ise, herkesin yeniden TÃ¼rkiyeâ€™ye gelmesi iÃ§in bu etkinliÄŸin bir vesile olmasÄ±nÄ± dileÄŸini belirtti. Tuna, TÃ¼rkiyeâ€™nin mimarlÄ±k mirasÄ±nÄ± ve Ã§aÄŸdaÅŸ mimarlÄ±k ortamÄ±nÄ± betimleyen konuÅŸmasÄ±nda, Ä°stanbul ve Anadoluâ€™da hakim olan yapÄ±lÄ± Ã§evre sorunlarÄ±na ve koruma sÄ±kÄ±ntÄ±larÄ±na da deÄŸindi.</p>
<p>AÃ§Ä±lÄ±ÅŸ iÃ§in sÃ¶z alan diÄŸer bir konuÅŸmacÄ±, DoÄŸan Hasol â€™du. Hasol, AIA Avrupa Birimi Ã¼yelerini YapÄ± EndÃ¼stri Merkeziâ€™nde gÃ¶rmekten onur duyduklarÄ±nÄ± ifade ederek, YEMâ€™in hizmetlerine ve Ã¶zellikle de internet yayÄ±ncÄ±lÄ±ÄŸÄ± faaliyetlerine dair kÄ±sa bir aÃ§Ä±klama sundu. Hasol ayrÄ±ca Ä°stanbulâ€™un girift ve Ã§eÅŸitlilik iÃ§eren kentsel yapÄ±sÄ±nÄ± vurguladÄ±.</p>
<p>Son aÃ§Ä±lÄ±ÅŸ konuÅŸmasÄ± iÃ§in kÃ¼rsÃ¼ye gelen Murat SoygeniÅŸ ise, gruba ev sahipliÄŸi yapÄ±yor olmaktan duyduÄŸu gururu gizlemedi. SoygeniÅŸ, toplantÄ± programÄ± boyunca iÅŸlenecek farklÄ± konu baÅŸlÄ±klarÄ±nÄ± sÄ±ralayarak, Ã§aÄŸdaÅŸ metropoller ve konutlaÅŸma gibi gÃ¼nÃ¼mÃ¼z kentlerinin dinamiklerini ortaya koyacak sunumlara odaklanÄ±lacaÄŸÄ±nÄ± belirtti.</p>
<p>AÃ§Ä±lÄ±ÅŸ konuÅŸmalarÄ±nÄ±n ardÄ±ndan sÃ¶zÃ¼ alan toplantÄ± maratonunun merakla beklenen ismi Sir Peter Cook, &#8220;Inventions&#8221; (BuluÅŸlar) baÅŸlÄ±ÄŸÄ± altÄ±ndaki son derece keyifli, esprili ve kelime oyunlarÄ± ile dolu konuÅŸmasÄ± sÄ±rasÄ±nda mimarlÄ±ÄŸa, yapÄ±lÄ± Ã§evreye ve mimarlÄ±k eÄŸitimine yÃ¶nelik yaklaÅŸÄ±mÄ±nÄ±n inceliklerini 40 seneyi aÅŸan kariyerinden seÃ§tiÄŸi Ã¶rnekler eÅŸliÄŸinde paylaÅŸtÄ±.</p>
<p>Cook, son 30 ay iÃ§erisindeki ikinci Ä°stanbul ziyaretini yaptÄ±ÄŸÄ±nÄ± dile getirerek baÅŸladÄ±ÄŸÄ± konuÅŸmasÄ±nda, TÃ¼rkiyeâ€™deki kentsel ortamÄ±nÄ±n sorunlarÄ±nÄ±n BatÄ± Avrupa Ã¼lkelerinde yaÅŸanan sÄ±kÄ±ntÄ±lardan farklÄ± olmadÄ±ÄŸÄ±nÄ± ifade etti.</p>
<p>Cookâ€™un sunumu sÄ±rasÄ±nda tartÄ±ÅŸmaya aÃ§tÄ±ÄŸÄ± kavramlardan ilki â€œspookyâ€ (tÃ¼yler Ã¼rpertici) idi. 1987 yÄ±lÄ±nda BatÄ± Berlinâ€™de gÃ¶rdÃ¼kleri ve yaÅŸadÄ±klarÄ± Ã¼zerine irdelemeye baÅŸladÄ±ÄŸÄ± bu kavrayÄ±ÅŸÄ±, tekinsiz, iÃ§ karartÄ±cÄ±, korkutucu ve mide bulandÄ±rÄ±cÄ± her ÅŸeyi kapsayan bir paket olarak gÃ¶rdÃ¼ÄŸÃ¼nÃ¼ ve o paketi kurcalamaktan keyif aldÄ±ÄŸÄ±nÄ± belirten Cook, â€œÃ¼rkÃ¼tÃ¼cÃ¼â€ olanÄ±n bazen rasyonalize edilmeye Ã§alÄ±ÅŸÄ±ldÄ±ÄŸÄ±nÄ±, ancak aslÄ±nda metamorfik mimarlÄ±k iÃ§in Ã§ok fazla olanak sunduÄŸunu vurguladÄ±.</p>
<p>Sir Peter Cookâ€™un konuÅŸmasÄ± sÄ±rasÄ±nda didiÅŸtiÄŸi bir diÄŸer kavram, â€œslitherâ€ (kayarak ilerlemek) idi. Yine 1980â€™lerde Viyanaâ€™da gerÃ§ekleÅŸtirdiÄŸi bir konsept projesini Ã¶rneklendirerek baÅŸlayan Cook, â€œBazen projelerinizi yÄ±llarca cebinizde bekletirsiniz. Ta ki onlarÄ± â€˜Ã§Ä±karmakâ€™ (slither) iÃ§in doÄŸru fÄ±rsatÄ± yakalayÄ±ncaya kadarâ€¦â€ diyerek bir yarÄ±ÅŸma kapsamÄ±nda Ä°talya, Verbaniaâ€™da konumlanmak Ã¼zere tasarladÄ±ÄŸÄ± tiyatro yapÄ±sÄ±na geÃ§ti. Bu yapÄ±nÄ±n planimetrisinde oldukÃ§a etkili olan â€œkayarak ilerlemekâ€ eylemini bir kez daha vurgulayan Cook, projelerine yansÄ±yan bu â€œÃ§evresini sarmalamaâ€ (slither) geleneÄŸinin Ä°ngiliz bahÃ§elerinden geliyor olabileceÄŸini de ekledi.</p>

Uluslar arasÄ± jÃ¼rinin deÄŸerlendirmesi sonucu Ã¶ÄŸrencilerimizden Ä°brahim TÃ¼rkeri gÃ¼mÃ¼ÅŸ madalya, Emre DemirtaÅŸ ise onur Ã¶dÃ¼lÃ¼ne hak kazandÄ±lar.</p>
<p>Ä°brahim TÃ¼rkeriâ€™nin tasarÄ±m temasÄ±:Marmara bÃ¶lgesinde doÄŸal gÃ¼zellikleriyle Ã¶ne Ã§Ä±kan Kerpe, turizm aÃ§Ä±sÄ±ndan Ã§ekici bir alan olmasÄ±na raÄŸmen yoÄŸun yazlÄ±k evler, Ã§Ã¶kÃ¼ntÃ¼ alanlarÄ±yla spekÃ¼latif de problem alanÄ±dÄ±r. Bunlar sÃ¶yle sÄ±ralayabiliriz; Kerpeâ€™de bÃ¼tÃ¼n kÄ±yÄ± yerleÅŸimi ikinci konut istilasÄ± durumundadÄ±r, iz sÃ¼rÃ¼lecek yapay bir Ã§evre mevcut deÄŸildir, tek nitelikli bir mimari Ã¼rÃ¼n yoktur, istiladan sonra arta kalmÄ±ÅŸ bir yÄ±ÄŸÄ±n ve meÅŸrulaÅŸmÄ±ÅŸ Ã§evre bulunmaktadÄ±r, sÃ¼rekli tahrip edilen doÄŸal bir Ã§evre ve kÄ±yÄ± vardÄ±r.</p>
<p>Kerpeâ€™de ki Ã§Ã¶kÃ¼ntÃ¼ alanÄ±nÄ±n yeniden yorumlanmasÄ± ve bÃ¼tÃ¼nÃ¼ne ait yeni etkiler doÄŸurabilmesi, bÃ¶ylece Kerpeâ€™ninÂ  ÅŸirin bir kasaba kimliÄŸinden sÄ±yrÄ±larak kentleÅŸmenin bir aracÄ± olabilmesi ve bu baÄŸlamda buraya yeni program ve kullanÄ±cÄ± profili Ã¶nermesi, tasarÄ±mÄ±n amacÄ±dÄ±r. Kerpeâ€™ye ulusal ve uluslararsÄ± toplantÄ±, kongre, sergi, su sporlarÄ± organizasyonlarÄ±na ev sahipliÄŸi yapabilecek alt ve Ã¼st yapÄ±nÄ±n saÄŸlanmasÄ±, bununla beraberÂ  bÃ¼yÃ¼k oteller yapmak yerine, ikinci konutlarÄ±n, konaklama birimlerine dÃ¶nÃ¼ÅŸtÃ¼rÃ¼lmesi, tasarÄ±mÄ±n temel dayanak noktasÄ±dÄ±r. TasarÄ±mÄ±, bu kapsam ve nitelikte ele aldÄ±ktan sonra, Ã¶ncelikle Kerpeâ€™de kÄ±yÄ± sÃ¼rekliliÄŸin saÄŸlanmasÄ± amaÃ§lanmÄ±ÅŸtÄ±r.Bu sÃ¼reklilik boyunca okunabilecek mekansal kurgular oluÅŸturulmuÅŸtur.Deniz ile kara, oluÅŸturulan sÃ¼rekli akslar ve tasarÄ±mÄ±n geÃ§irgen yapÄ±sÄ±yla birbirine dikilmiÅŸtir. TasarÄ±m, topoÄŸrafya ve platformlarÄ±n olumlu bir biÃ§imde Ã¶rtÃ¼ÅŸmesi, topoÄŸrafyanÄ±n sÃ¼rekliliÄŸi veÂ  yaya hareketinin devamlÄ±lÄ±ÄŸÄ± dikkate alÄ±narak ÅŸekillenmiÅŸtir.Bu kÄ±yÄ± dÃ¼zenlenmesi gerÃ§ekleÅŸtirilirse, bir Ã¼st mÃ¼dahaleye gerek kalmadan, ikinci konutlar kendilerini zorunlu olarak yeniden Ã¼reteceklerdir. Bununla birlikte kÄ±yÄ±daki iliÅŸkiler, kerpeâ€™nin derinliklerinede taÅŸÄ±nacaktÄ±r.</p>
<p>Emre DemirtaÅŸâ€™Ä±n tasarÄ±m temasÄ±: Kerpe, hÄ±rÃ§Ä±n Karadenizin sakinleÅŸtirdiÄŸi bir kÄ±yÄ± kasabasÄ± kimliÄŸiyle Ã¶nemli bir turizm potansiyeline sahiptir. BurasÄ± â€œikinci konuâ€ve plansÄ±z yapÄ±laÅŸmadan dolayÄ±Â  gittikÃ§e doÄŸal dokusunu kaybetmeye baÅŸlamÄ±ÅŸtÄ±r.PlansÄ±z bÃ¼yÃ¼me nedeniyle merkez diyebileceÄŸimiz nitelikli bir aralÄ±k belirlenmemiÅŸtir.AlÄ±ÅŸ-veriÅŸ, rekreasyon, yeme-iÃ§me, sosyal aktiviteler, kentsel akÄ±ÅŸ ve suya ait durumlar birbiri iÃ§ine geÃ§miÅŸ her biri kendi varlÄ±ÄŸÄ±nÄ± besleyecek yeterlikten uzak kalmiÅŸtir.</p>
<p>SaÃ§aÄŸÄ±n taÅŸÄ±yÄ±cÄ±sÄ±; zemine deÄŸdiÄŸi yerlerde topoÄŸrafya, zeminden koptuÄŸunda ise altÄ±ndaki programÄ±n kendisidir. Programlar saÃ§aÄŸa dik uzana sokaklarÄ±n akÄ±ÅŸÄ±na gÃ¶re Ã¶rgÃ¼tlenmiÅŸtir.BÃ¶ylece omurga saÃ§ak kÄ±yÄ±yla yerleÅŸim birimleri arasÄ±nda bir duvar deÄŸil â€œbir aralÄ±kâ€ olarak karÅŸÄ±mÄ±za Ã§Ä±kar. Bu aralÄ±k kerpeâ€™nin doÄŸal alanlarÄ±na doÄŸru hafifler ve iziyle insanlarÄ± doÄŸaya yÃ¶nlendirir. Ã–zellikle kayalarÄ±n yoÄŸun bulunduÄŸu bÃ¶lgede doÄŸa sporlarÄ± aktiviteleri iÃ§in aÃ§Ä±k etkinlik saÃ§aklarÄ± Ã¶nerilmiÅŸtir. AyrÄ±ca Kerpeâ€™nin yÃ¼ksekÂ  noktasÄ±na â€œses-Ä±ÅŸÄ±k ve panometrik manzara1 algÄ±sÄ± Ã¼zerine deniz fenerinin yeniden yorumlandÄ±ÄŸÄ± Ä±ÅŸÄ±k kulesi Ã¶nerisi getirilmiÅŸtir.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>was born in paris on january 5, 1968.<br />
she inherited a talent for drawing from her parents. her father<br />
is the french illustrator jean-jacques sempÃ© (whose work has<br />
appeared on more than 70 of new yorker covers) and mother,<br />
the danish painter and illustrator mette ivers-sempÃ©.<br />
she graduated from l&#8217;ecole nationale supÃ©rieure de crÃ©ation<br />
industrielle (ENSCI) in paris in 1993. she has worked with<br />
george sowden (1989), with marc newson (6 months in 1994)<br />
and andrÃ©e putman (ca. two years 1997-99), before she<br />
opened her own studio in paris (since 2000).<br />
inga sempÃ© is one of the most renown female designers today.<br />
sempÃ© doesnâ€™t see her work as being gendered in any way.<br />
she has only followed her own lead and fiercely protects that<br />
freedom. she was awarded with the grand prix de la creation<br />
en design de la ville de paris in 2003. among her many clients,<br />
inga sempÃ© works with the companies cappellini, luceplan,<br />
domestic, edra, ligne roset, baccarat, david design,<br />
and artecnica</p>

I read fashion magazines a little bit.</p>
<p>where do you get news from?<br />
at the bar in the morning when I get my coffee.<br />
and the internet.</p>
<p>I assume you notice how women dress.<br />
do you have any preferences?<br />
no.</p>
<p>what kind of clothes do you avoid wearing?<br />
anything hippy.</p>
<p>do you have any pets?<br />
kind of.<br />
actually no, &#8230;it&#8217;s not really guarded as a pet.</p>
<p>when you were a child,<br />
did you want to become a designer?<br />
in a way yes, but I didn&#8217;t know the job existed.<br />
I didnâ€™t like visually heavy objects and made<br />
drawings of things.<br />
I watched out for beautiful functional objects.</p>
<p>where do you work on your designs and projects?<br />
in my apartment which is also my studio.</p>
<p>do you discuss your work with other designers?<br />
yes, but only one. (laughs)<br />
I prefer to work alone.<br />
I donâ€™t want to share.</p>
<p>describe your style, like a good friend of yours would<br />
describe it.<br />
my friends are not journalists so they don&#8217;t describe my style.<br />
I like working on daily mundane household objects<br />
and might come up with a new clever and useful solution.</p>
<p>please describe an evolution in your work,<br />
from your first projects to the present day.<br />
now companies ask me to design things, whereas before<br />
nobody asked me to design anything for them. and &#8230;<br />
when a project is produced as a product,<br />
you keep being involved in communication, answering interview<br />
questions. it was not part of my job initially.</p>
<p>what project has given you the most satisfaction?<br />
any project that&#8217;s been done well.<br />
actually satisfaction is my goal, to be satisfied with my work.</p>
<p>anyone you would like to design anything for?<br />
no.<br />
or better &#8211; yes.<br />
I like mechanical objects.<br />
I would like to design pens, cars.<br />
I wish to work for a tool producing company designing some<br />
hammers.</p>
<p>is there any designer and/or architect from the past,<br />
you appreciate a lot?<br />
I like some buildings and objects, but I&#8217;m not devoted to anybody<br />
in particular.I like achille castiglioni&#8217;s and vico magistretti&#8217;s things.</p>
<p>and those still working / contemporary designers?<br />
konstantin grcic, francois azambourg, the bouroullecs<br />
and bertjan pot.</p>
<p>do you collect things?<br />
I donâ€™t particularly like possessing things&#8230;<br />
and I donâ€™t like to be given things.</p>
<p>what advice would you give to the young?<br />
don&#8217;t analyze and follow trends.<br />
keep in mind that most of the projects that you&#8217;ll designs<br />
will be refused, but this is normal.<br />
so keep on trying to find the right manufacturer.<br />
if you want to achieve something on a technical level,<br />
to reach a particular goal, then be confident and watch<br />
out for new materials.<br />
ask the right questions (and speak with the right people).</p>
<p>what are you afraid of regarding the future?<br />
the &#8216;global culture&#8217;.<br />
I was born in paris, and Iâ€™d like to die there,<br />
but it is so expensive that it becomes a kind of a boring<br />
museum for tourists.</p>
